Each try spins the next dial. One transaction for a little ETH: 80% goes into the safe, 20% buys $CRACK and burns it.
One in ten locks it. The digit is decided by the next block's hash. Land the right one and the dial locks green with your name on it.
The fourth lock opens the safe. The opener takes 85% of what's inside, and the lockers of dials one to three take 5% each, straight to their wallets. Then a new safe rolls in.
No owner, no switches. The safe is never seeded. The keeper reveals tries in seconds; anyone can.
